ACCPAC Messenger
Series Products
The ACCPAC Messenger Series includes multiple
products such as ACCPAC FAXserve, ACCPAC VOICEserve,
and ACCPAC MOBILEserve. The evaluation download
includes all of the ACCPAC Messenger Series product
options. At the time of installation, you can
enable and disable the components you wish to
evaluate.
System Requirements
The host server and communication servers are
required to be installed on a Microsoft Windows
XP, 2000 or 2003 system with full local system
and network domain (Active Directory) administrative
rights. The communication servers: Internet Fax
Server, Voice Server and Wireless Message Server
can be installed on a single system along with
the host or distributed across a network independent
or absent of each other.
Communication Servers
ACCPAC VOICEserve requires a device or service
with a TAPI Service Provider (TSP). This usually
consists of a voice card that connects to a phone
system (PBX/KSU) or a phone system with a software
only TSP. Please refer to our certified
device list for current hardware support.
ACCPAC MOBILEserve requires a system with full
Internet access. The wireless message server supports
pagers, mobile phones and PDAs that can receive
messages via the SMTP or SNPP protocol |
