How Internet Fax Works

ACCPAC Internet Fax Service fully integrates with Simply Messenger, Simply BitWare and Simply BitFax products so you can take advantage of the many desktop features included in the software.

Sending a fax:

• To send a fax, you can "print-to-fax" directly from any Microsoft Windows™ application such as Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel or the software that is included with your scanner
• All the integration options in your ACCPAC software are accessible via ACCPAC Internet Fax, including Microsoft^® Outlook and desktop Windows Explorer^® integration

Receiving a fax:

• Give your Internet fax number to your contacts just like a normal fax number
• You can choose how often you want to check for faxes. The software will automatically download faxes from the server at the time interval you specify
• Faxes will appear in your ACCPAC Simply Messenger, Simply BitWare or Simply BitFax Inbox just as if they were received via a modem
• Received faxes can be printed, archived, annotated and forwarded as required
